The following study states that Administration is an essential segment of clinical practice. By and by, during residency insignificant consideration is paid to building up this significant space. Hence, we report on our involvement in a proper authority educational program for senior urology occupants. In meeting with an administration master an educational plan was created with readings and conversation addresses zeroing in on arrangement and applying authority hypothesis. A conference was then coordinated to talk about administration hypotheses as applied to clinical practice and discussion how to be a fruitful pioneer in urology. Our first partner of inhabitants finished the educational plan in 2015. Because of its prosperity it was rehashed briefly as a companion of inhabitants in 2016. A proper evaluation of the educational program showed that 91% (10 of 11) and 73% (8 of 11) of inhabitants firmly or to some degree concurred that they will embrace new authority procedures and are more sure as pioneers, individually. We created and effectively actualized an administration educational program for urology occupants. The educational program objectives were met with members detailing that they gained new administration systems and had expanded certainty as a pioneer.
