An endovascular stent graft (Zenith Fenestrated AAA Endovascular Graft, Cook Incorporated) has received marketing approval from the FDA for repairing abdominal aortic aneurysms. The graft can also be used for aneurysms that involve both the abdominal aorta and iliac arteries.
