MANAGUA (Reuters) – Nicaragua has registered its first case of coronavirus infection, a 40-year-old Nicaraguan man who picked up the virus during a recent visit to Panama, Vice President Rosario Murillo said on Wednesday.
Murillo was speaking on national television.
